Giving

In Buddhism, generosity (dāna) is a practice. It’s the first of the Six Perfections—the foundation for all the others.

Each time we give, we have the chance to look inward and notice what we’re holding onto. True generosity opens the heart and loosens the grip of self, creating space for wisdom and compassion to grow.

Heart Sangha Memberships

Membership keeps Heart Sangha thriving as a space for shared practice and community.

Member dues support our monthly costs—rent, internet, tech platforms, candles, tea and more. There are three membership tiers: $25, $50, or $75 per month. Please choose the level that feels both sustainable and generous for you.

Member benefits include:

  • Our full membership archive of Sunday Sangha dharma talks

Volunteering

The sangha is a living expression of interdependence.

Each person’s effort and care help create the causes and conditions for the teachings to take root. Volunteering is a way to give back, deepen connection, and walk the path of service together.

If you’d like to get involved, please fill out our volunteer interest form.
