Kalyāṇamitra with Sunisa
In the Buddhist tradition, a kalyāṇamitra—a spiritual friend—is someone who walks the path alongside us, offering guidance, encouragement, and compassionate presence. These relationships are grounded in mutual respect, honesty, and care.
What is Kalyāṇamitra?
Kalyāṇamitra calls are one-on-one conversations with Sunisa for Heart Sangha Members seeking support in their meditation practice or in applying the dharma to everyday life.
Each call offers time to:
Reflect on your practice and challenges that arise
Ask questions about teachings and meditation
Explore how the dharma meets your life circumstances
Receive encouragement and guidance on the path
Offering Dāna
In keeping with Buddhist tradition, these calls are offered in the spirit of dāna (generosity). While no fixed fee is charged, participants are expected to offer dāna in support of Sunisa’s time and teaching. Your generosity helps sustain her livelihood and allows this offering to continue.
