Ngondro Practice Group

Heart Sangha is pleased to announce that we’re accepting indications of interest for a group to begin ngondro.

Ngondro is the preliminary practices to the Vajrayana. It's how one enters the path to learn Chod, for example, and do Chod as your daily practice. Ngondro is a big commitment. You make space for a daily meditation that involves movement, chanting, visualization. With ngondro, one enters the path of the tantrikas, those who study the tantric texts of the third vehicle of Buddhism.

Sunisa will lead Heart Sangha’s first class of ngondro participants. We’ll do the concise Dudjom Tersar Ngondro. There will be a kick-off Sunday half-day retreat on March 15th, then there is a weekly, Monday practice offered in-person and online.

People who feel a heart connection to Sunisa and Heart Sangha, and who feel a big pull to enter the Vajrayana, are invited to be in touch. If you are interested in participating, please speak to Sunisa in the Heart Sangha greeting line, by email, or in a kalyanamitra.

A Vajra Sangha accesses the treasury of Vajrayana teachings with all of its blessings and transformative power. Chod, Dzogchen, and many other precious practices become available. It is a path of great joy and fulfillment.

If you are interested in participating, please speak to Sunisa in the Heart Sangha greeting line, by email, or in a kalyanamitra.
