Sunday Sangha

Sunday Sangha is our regular open house—a time to come together for meditation, reflection, and community connection.

Each week includes guided meditation, dharma teachings, and space to share practice and conversation. Whether you’re completely new or have been practicing for years, this is a welcoming place to explore the dharma and meet others walking the path of awakening.

We gather in person or on Zoom for Sunday Sangha. We begin with a guided 45-minute meditation, followed by a tea break to connect with fellow practitioners. Our guiding teacher, Sunisa, then offers a 45-minute dharma talk.

Sundays are open to everyone, regardless of background or experience. Please arrive before 10am to settle in; cushions, chairs, and liturgy booklets are provided.

Time: 10-12pm EST
Location: 143 W. Walnut La, Rear Building, 2nd Floor

The third paramita: Tolerance

“Samsara is an ocean of suffering, and letting that truth break our hearts is the beginning of compassion.”
