Kids Sangha is a gentle, playful space where children explore meditation, awareness, and kindness in ways that make sense for them.

Through short guided meditations, reading Buddhist children’s books, playful awareness games, and creative activities like drawing, children begin to discover calm, focus, and connection.

Who can join:

• Ages 5 and up

• Children should be comfortable spending time with adults who are not their parents.

• Parents are welcome to volunteer for part of the session—helping makes it extra special!
